The much awaited Women in MICE Awards returned to the MICE landscape in 2025. Organised by 4Mal Media Management, the Women in MICE Awards have become a cornerstone for recognising leadership, excellence, and transformation across the MICE sector. More than an awards ceremony, this is a platform to uplift, connect, and inspire.
This prestigious event was held at Gallagher Estate on 06 August. We were thrilled that the PCO Alliance Network had four nominees. These remarkable women have made outstanding contributions to the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions industry, driving innovation, leadership, and impact.
Our nominees were:

And a great big congratulations to our Chief Operating Officer Melody Barber of Be Different Brand Builders, on winning the Collaborator of the Year award! Her dedication, leadership, and collaborative spirit have been an inspiration to the members of the PCO Alliance Network and our industry.
