The PCO Alliance has noted recent social-media posts regarding a former member who resigned from the Alliance in May this year, and is no longer affiliated with us in any way.

Membership of the PCO Alliance is voluntary and all members sign our Code of Ethics.

When concerns were first brought to our attention, the individual chose to resign in May this year.

We are deeply concerned about the reports from clients and suppliers who have not received the travel services they paid for.

Anyone affected is welcome to contact us at info@pcoalliance.co.za and we will  provide the correct contact details for:

  • The National Consumer Commission (NCC)
  • The Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman (CGSO)
  • The Tourism Business Council of South Africa (TBCSA) complaints desk
  • Their bank for possible Section 75 charge-back rights under the Consumer Protection Act
  • SAPS if fraud is suspected

The PCO Alliance Network remains fully committed to ethical and professional standards among our current members.
