Meetings magazine and ThePlanner.guru recognised and celebrated this year’s Top 40 Women in MICE at a glamorous luncheon on 29 August 2019, at La Toscana in Monte Casino. The women who make it onto this list are entrepreneurs, visionaries and mentors – they are a real force to be reckoned with. They know what it takes to be successful in the challenging world of Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE).
It is always a difficult task selecting the 40 finalists – 20 in the Event Planners category, and 20 in the Services category – from among the nominees. For these women to make this list, there are very important criteria to consider. This criteria is about how they motivate and influence their clients and peers, how they mentor young people in their business and private lives, to the amount of money they generate and the passion they live by.
The PCO Alliance are very proud to have had three of our members awarded as Top 40 Women in MICE. They are:

They received these prestigious awards – in the form of beautiful Ndebele Dolls, which epitomise strong, vibrant women.
The day was all about celebrating women with spectacular entertainment, beautiful décor and delectable cuisine!
