Last week on 07 April, the PCO Alliance Network held their first ever ‘remote” AGM. It was a new experience for all of us. During this difficult time, it was wonderful to still be in touch with one another, talk about collective problems and ways of keeping busy and active. There was also the great advantage of no traffic problems getting to the meeting 😊
We voted in two new EXCO appointments – and would like to congratulate Clare Coomer, Vice Chairperson and Koketso Menong, Site Inspections and Tours. We wish both of these dynamic ladies great success in their new portfolios.
We have decided that during this period when active events are not possible – the Alliance will meet once a week for continued support. We are also all “attending” the South African Tourism Recovery Plan webinars once a week and sharing our thoughts with the various panels.
